We love our children all the time. And a good parent will never believe otherwise. Children are a blessing. They bring a lot of joy, love and warmth. They’re a great source of love and affection – and they can really unite families without the intention. But it’s no secret that having children means taking on more responsibilities as an adult. And sometimes coping with those responsibilities can be very stressful.

There are many parents who can be really driven insane by their children. Imagine having to go to work to make sure you have food to take home. When I get home, I have to take care of my children and deal with their own problems. Caring for a child can be really energy draining, especially for a newborn. They must be responsible for feeding, bathing, dressing, cleaning, soothing and sleeping. Yes you still love her and would do anything for her. But that doesn’t mean you’re immune from all the stress you feel caring for them.

That’s why so many parents have so much stress in their lives, even though they stay home and care for their children full time.

Parents who stay home only to care for their children have a lot of judgments and prejudices. They’re accused of not doing enough to bring more money into the home. Caring for a baby drains a great deal of your emotional, mental and physical energy. And housewife parents should definitely be taken seriously. No one should take their job lightly.

As a result, many mothers on parental leave can’t wait to get back to work. They spend the whole day with their children. You would think it was a vacation. But it really isn’t… far from it.

A recent study in the UK found that many parents find staying home with their children more stressful than actually going to work. The research was conducted by AVEENO Baby and looked at the lives of her 1,500 mothers and fathers from various occupations and backgrounds across England.
